A much-requested and often pfftted feature has just been added to etherfarm: RSS syndication. I have mixed feelings about RSS—for the longest time I’ve thought RSS was for web slackers too lazy to type in a lousy URL into their browser.

I still think this, by the way.

That said, I now realize how useful RSS can be, especially on a mobile device. As I mentioned a few days ago, I’m bringing my Palm Tungsten T3 on my trip. Hotsyncing RSS feeds to my Palm works really well using Hand/RSS. Being the first, only, and last ambassador for etherfarm, I figure I might as well bring along the last 15 entries with me wherever I go. Who knows? Maybe on the airplane I can use my own prose to put crying babies to sleep.

Anyway, they’re in the left sidebar underneath the masthead description. Knowing you indolent RSS types, scrolling that far might lead to some fatal case of exhaustion, so here are the damn links: full entries and excerpts. Don’t hurt yourselves.

I am not yet using an RSS aggregator, but with over 40 design blogs that I now follow, it may make sense.  Not so much laziness, as it is efficiency.  Especially since I read them when I am at work. smile For now though, I click on each bookmark once a day to see if anything new is there…
