Crunchy Tuna

I suppose you could think of this recipe as fish granola. I just think of it as delicious.
- fresh tuna
- egg whites
- chopped macadamia nuts
- sliced plaintains
- canola oil
- salt and pepper
- Fry plaintain slices until golden brown. Let cooked slices drain on a paper towel.
- Salt and pepper tuna steaks.
- Roll in egg whites.
- Roll in macademia nuts.
- Sear in pan for just a few minutes…serve rare with plaintain slices.
